I know, I know, I’ve already posted about Traps Training before, but here is MORE Traps Training!
I guess I really like training traps! I think they are so cool, and contribute to a powerful awesome looking physique.
If are following my Neck Training (Post HERE)
and my Shoulders Training (Post HERE)
and in fact also my Back Training (Post HERE)
you will notice that there is crossover with some of the exercises. The traps will be stimulated through a lot of the same movements.
But in seeking to really target the traps, I want more traps exercises!
