Our doctors do an amazing job. They work incredibly hard, don’t get the appreciation or recognition they deserve. They are under resourced, understaffed, and underpaid…yet they cure us when we are sick.
BUT, why don’t we give our doctors a hand here and reduce their workload. Don’t get sick in the first place! So do yourself a favour! Doctors provide the cure, but prevention is undoubtedly the BEST cure there is! So many illnesses and conditions can be prevented in the first place simply through healthy eating and regular exercise!
So do it for yourself, never mind your doctor! Introduce small healthier lifestyle changes into your daily routine, and reap the rewards.
